Simple RSS aggregator

I need a site that is a clone of [url removed, login to view] and theweblist.net. That has multiple page support like feedraider. speed and simplicity is up most importance. Can use 3rd party scripts like Magpie to parse the rss and [url removed, login to view] to do the summary popups.

**Basic Functionality**

All functions of popurls, so basically a clone with some extras.

* Simple RSS aggregator

* Feed topics are shown by topic title and organized by post date

* Mouseover topic title to get summary

* More Feeds slid button (like popurls)

* Multi Page Feeds (technology, entertainment, and etc like feedraider)

User Options (stored in cookies)

* Increase font size

* Change layout colors (maybe)

* Turn On/Off Mouseover summaries

* Change Feed Arrangement (similar to popurls, using Ajax)

Admin GUI Menu

* Allows me to input RSS link

* Choose how many topics each feed should list

* Allow me to arrange how feeds are shown

* * Also allow me to move them across different page
