Professional Magento Pro Needed! Real Custom Magento Development Project

I need to complete an almost completed website based on Magento, and would like another Magento developer on the team to make sure everything goes smooth.

Here is the current site:

This would a to-do list of:

- we should have the CPAP machine, humidifiers main category pages looking like the CPAP masks page.

- replacing and editing pictures, maybe even with photoshop for backgrounds any [url removed, login to view] watermarks if necessary.

- make sure that new and featured products show accordingly.

- We will need a footer, similar to [url removed, login to view]'s.

- The about us page and other footer links will be edited accordingly.

- The blog will be installed before launching. I will install the blog, you just provide the link in the menu.

- Newsletter Design and promotions across the website will still be discussed. I will take care of designs, just make sure it's functioning in the? back end.

Compare both sites and try to determine the other missing changes (functionality wise).

## Deliverables

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).

2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project.
