We are looking for someone (or a team) who can develop a booking system for our needs. We have a few agents who book jobs for us to perform for their clients. In the end we don't bill the final customer but our agent. Sometimes a customer can book a job directly with us, which has got no agents in between the transaction.
A user can be: a staff member, who will perform the job and can see/receive details for the job; an admin person, who will be responsible to approve or make bookings; an agent staff, who will be able to make bookings just for its company and see just its own bookings; a manager, who will be able to oversee everything.
We'd like to be able to push the invoices through xero, accounting system;
Future: Ability to access the system from an iPad (responsive or app) and upload photos and/or clock off when the jobs have been done with the client's signature.
