CRE LOADED Admin section error / inaccessible

I have several Cre Loaded Websites, all of them are identical but all the admin sections of the website except one are inaccessible due
to one of the errors below.
1] Cannot connect to database
2] I forgot the username and password and my i lost access to my email account, so i cannot retrieve it.
3] Username and password is correct but does not take you to processing section.
I really need somebody that can solve these problems. Duplicating and replicating the sole working site is also acceptable.

Hello, I do not think it should take too long to fix it as it seems to be some kind of database related error.
