Looking for a developer to design an application for me.
I am running a toshiba E800/e805 pocketpc (2003se)
I am wanting a single application that does the following for me:
- Scans for Wireless networks (logs found networks to text file with status of AP secure / not secure)
- Scan IP range for responses and if possible identify OS (also logs for return if I want to select more than 1 IP in other sections)
- Scans Specified IP (or Selected IP from previous section) for open ports
- Scans for Running Services on IP selected or entered.
- Reports Current Network Information (IP address, subnet, gateways, NS ....)
- Scan selected or entered IP for any shares available, printers available, etc...
- Should have a button available for "gather all" information available for selected IP range.
the goal of this is a baseline security scanner for wireless networks for evaluation.
I want all information gathered to be able to be exported as a XML file saved to the "My Documents" folder (with options sub-folder).
Would like it to work on as many platforms as possible, but MUST work on Windows 2003se with a toshiba e800/e805
would also be nice if the application could work as a laptop / standard executable for cases where the pocketpc is either unavailable / forgotten.
with the desktop / standard exe I would like to have it work with either Wireless or Wired connections.
Also I would like the desktop version to be able to display a clean human readable report that can be printed and handed to the customer.
should be sorted by any of the following:
- IP address
- Computer Name
- Shares
- Services
this part should be relatively easy if the XML file is completely generated.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
