I am looking for an Egyptian/Arab Website designer to build duplicates of my websites in Arabic. Programmer MUST be a native Arabic speaker and be fluent in English.
The websites are based on Joomla, and written mostly in HTML/PHP. This is an Islamic website so a Muslim is preferred. Basically what I need to do is offer my website in Arabic and English. Possible partnership is possible as well as possible full time employment if your work is good. I would like to see a portfolio as well. This is a long time project and will take some time.
