NetOffice Install problem or setting issue

Need a Freelancer who is knowledgeable in Server settings, Permissions and installing the open source version of NetOffice(GroupWare Script) The script is installed just as the instructions say, but it is having trouble creating client users.

I need someone to fix what should be a simple fast solution. It probably as easy as a permissions problem or server path missing, User is not sure...so I need some one to go in and fix it..
