I require a web site layout I have designed in photoshop to be converted to a fully functional Joomla template.
Site Theme: Video Lessons... eg. Dance lessons, Skateboard lessons etc...
Of importance is, foreign translations, Type Resizing, good use of CSS. eg. rounded corners. efficient page load speeds
The site requires a video player where a user can scroll a carousel of lessons and play a lesson. ( Floplayer maybe)
I require a forum with a similar theme style to the site itself.
Particular Attention should be in the following areas:
high quality CSS eg. rounded corners,
no tables.
should be expandable to allow for expanding text.
SEO friendly.
translated to foreign language easily
