Hello Developers!
As some of you know I run a mid-sized software development firm in Oklahoma. We specialize in developing high quality, lightweight software that are custom alternatives to the commercial software that our clients are looking to buy.
We have several large projects comming up and I am needing several PROFESSIONAL programmers to do some work. I am not looking for amatures or newbies here but hard core pro contractors who have a proven record of getting things done.
If you're interested in working I will need a few things from you:
1. References. I will need at least 2 professional references that I can contact.
2. Samples. I need 3 sample programs that you've written within the past year. I am not talking mock-ups but FULLY FUNCTIONING programs that demonstrate your best work.
3. A fee. I would prefer someone who will charge me a reasonable flat fee per project but will consider hourly workers if necessary.
Lastly, you will not be my employee. You will remain an indie contractor. You will be responsible for all taxes, etc.

Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
