1. Create a web application that tracks project dollars.
2. Projects will be listed in a table format showing positive and negative dollars associated with each project. Each project will only have one dollar field that will be either positive or negative.
3. Admin will have the ability to add, edit, delete projects and view the history of changes to each project. The admin user will also be able to sort by project status.
4. The user view will only show the table with no edit, add, delete, or history view.
5. The user view and admin view will include following:
* The ability to sort each column by clicking on the column heading.
* A total dollar amount will be listed at the top of the page showing the total of all projects.
* A sorting pull down menu will provide the option of displaying all projects, projects for the current month, projects for the last 30 days, projects for the current year, projects for the last year, and projects over a date range.
* A sorting pull down will provide the option of displaying only projects associated with a specific customer.
* A separate subtotal will be displayed when each filter is applied.
* An email button will be provided for each project. This will enable the user or admin to send a request or questions to the company.
1. An admin form will be provided for editing and adding new projects.
* The form will include a pull down for selecting from a list of customers.
* The form will enable several projects to be entered at once based on a common customer name and product ID.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

The code should be php, html, javascript, and a use generic mysql login.

8. Whenever a change is made to a project, an entry is recorded in a history database (or in the project data base) with a status field. Only the most current project data will be displayed, but the entire history showing all changed files and who made the change will be available by selecting a “history?? button for each project. Deleted projects should be included in the history record but not used to calculate available funds.
9. A login will be required, and the userid and password will be compared with a user data base with admin or user settings.
