Convert media files to flv

I had already install all the application needed to convert media files to flash. But unfortunately Im not a Linux fans, thus I have some troubles executing SSH command.

What I want is you to create a complete PHP scripts that process the uploaded media files and convert it to flash. It should also generate image preview in a valid IMG format.
