Wordpress Custom Theme Improvements

We are working on a new theme for sale and we are looking for expert that can work properly with wordpress customization theme. Some of the tasks that we need to do are the following:
- Change design in header, footer, blog section, portfolio section and some elements.
- Add Shortcodes and add functionalitie for chats, progress bars, latest news, our works
- Integrate Bootstrap 3.0
- Create backup/restore functionalitie for theme options
Please contact us if you are able to work with us, if you don't have enough experience with custom theme development in wordpress please don't contact us, we will test your professionality assigning you first just a pair of tasks.
We are looking for a long term provider, we need professionality and real commitment with deadlines.
