Setup OpenX (OpenAds) - Optimise Ad Revenue

Looking for an experienced user to help install & setup OpenX (OpenAds) as well as setup something similar to RevSense so that users can also purchase advertising directly on the website.

I would also like someone who has vast knowledge of ad networks and ad placement to help optimise the sites advertising revenue.

Currently the site gets around 30,000 unique visitors per day

Mainly from UK/US/CA

The site is accepted to Tribal Fusion, and many other ad networks but is banned from Google Adsense.
