I need an experienced coder to create an online project bidding website with same functionality as taskrabbit(dot)com, agentanything(dot).com and freelancer(dot)com. Most of the projects will require location specific jobs like painting, housework, etc. So it is a bit different from freelancer in the fact that the work is not completed online...
The sight should allow people to sign up and become members. Members can post projects or jobs and/or bid for the projects or jobs. A deposit is made on selection of provider to an escrow account. Full payment is released by user upon completion of task. Members can be rated and should have a rating scale included. The site must integrate with google map, SMS and email notifications or jobs and bids, payment integration, and escrow deposit intigration.
Please state with your bid which PHP framework you intend to use and estimated time for completion. Need to start immediately.
Full bug fixing and enhanced testing required in beta phase.
25% escrow deposit will be made. Full payment will be released upon completion.
You need to send details your qualifications. Coding must be in English.
Please include portfolio with your bid. Any and all work done on this project will become the property of the employer once paid. I am willing to include an bonus incentive if the you offer SEO work and additional help to launch the site.
