Daily Search - Bing Azure Search API

I need a script that using the Bing Azure Search API allows a vistor to my website to enter a custom search term and have the results emailed to them on a daily basis. PHP/JavaScript/MySQL. It will require a SQL backend for client management. This will probably end up on a Joomla site. Am open to suggestions as to methodology.
