Automated Server based Parsing tool and system for Google Alert Emails

This piece of technology needs to be a server-based solution. The program needs to integrate an inbound email receiver that receives forwarded emails, databases the email address it came from, the subject line (minus the FW: tags), then parse and database the content into specific fields. Finally the software needs to provide a management system that allows for managing and exporting the content to CSV files.
