Our company requires a seasoned java and sql database expert to program a small to medium sized project
The project will require fluent English and fast learning, as it is based on managing a new system which is currently mostly conceptual, but i will try to explain it in technical terms as well. You will follow a diagram for the majority of the work and i can help explain as i will be there for the majority of the codewriting.
We want to have an SQL database which we want to run programs through and modify which will change, update and move entries with these java programs. The program should be very correct so you should have lots of experience with java & sql. You will set up the database to the specification and write the java programs. I prefer Java as the programming language used but this is negotiable. Please state in your bid if you suggest another language to use. The programming should be clear and commented.
I will consult with you for as long as is required to understand the project, then we will begin work. I need to know the ins and outs of how the program works for future modification so i plan to be there on voice chat for most if not all of the duration of time that you are working on the project - I would like to be able to talk with you on request and view your code/screen while you are coding it so screen viewing software is required as well. I can assist with the implementation/technical details as well as i have some experience with java.
There is a high possibility of future work for the successful bidder.
The funding is there for the project, and it is fairly rushed for time so an expert will be chosen soon to begin work asap. The worker must be available to put in lots of hours over the next few days or a week. We expect up to or around 40 hours work for this project.
