A Joomla custom menu module that can be easily modified via it's module parameters in Joomla's backend. This module should be compatible with joomla 1.6, 2.5.x, 3.x
Options in parameters to choose either a horizontal drop down menu or a vertical menu.
One default look/design, but with the ability to change the look/design of the menu with css in a template, which would include colors, images, hover effects and size etc.
Javascript on/off option in parameters with different java effects to chooses from
