Add Minimum Order to OSCommerce site

I have an online store made from OSCommerce Store, and now I want to add minimum order feature to my website, i.e., the customer has to purchase a minimum quantity of product and will be charged accordingly however if he/she wishes to buy more then then they are free to do the changes, so as the price, and the minimum order will vary from product to product.
