WaleedSolutions has earned an international reputation as a firm that has the broad-spectrum of talent and expertise needed to plan, design and build remarkable web sites and web products. We are a Norwegian company, located in Oslo, Norway!
Now employ! Our company looking for talented web developers and web designers. We will employ 10 people. These 10 people will be split into two groups, five people each. Each group will have a team leader that we set ourselves out after the person's abilities and qualifications.
These team leaders will be responsible above their group. The groups should obey what the team leader says how he / she chooses to distribute tasks. Team leaders will cooperate with the Board.
Projects will be given out to team leaders, and they will then plan and design these projects, give out tasks to the rest of the team and ensure that tasks are completed on time and at full quality.
The groups will use SharePoint for collaboration, but also need to use skype for planning. All documents will be shared on SharePoint.
WaleedSolutions has a good reputation in the market for a company that lives quality and this is something we want to keep. This we get by simple methods.
When the company receives a project we take needs analysis from the client to facilitate their needs. After that we go to the drawing board and sketch how we think that the layout of the website should look like, the next step is to bring these sketches to more graphic sketching. This is done using photoshop. Once the design is accepted by the client, we go over to bring this design to life. Henceforth set frontend and backend developers start bringing the product to life.

The payment is made by the commission. You will always get a certain percentage of the project ity amount, this does not matter if the project is gigantic or minimalist. It is also awarded bonuses for intermediate board looks at each work will and effort. Payment is due at the end of each month.
All applicants must have a minimum of 3 years experience. In your bid please write your job application and show us your portfolio, afterwards you will be asked about their CV if we believe you have what we are looking for. Your freelancer rating has nothing to say, but your job application, resume and portfolio is what matters. Best of luck!
