website design + simple cms

I need this project to be done in one week.

I need a restyle of a Dutch site

I have all the current files which you can use.

1. I need a smoother and more professional design/ layout (no

templates of course) of the site. Use same colors, let some items come back in new site....

2. dynamic menu structure (javascript?) --> i will send the new site structure

you can use flash in the site but then 1. you will have to alert users in the intro that the sites uses flash and they need to install a flash player --> automatic install [login to view URL] site must be viewable for users which dont have flash

3. short flash intro (you can use a movie which is now on the homepage, its an avi, can you incorporate this in flash?)

4. contact form adjustment

5. simple cms for text and pdf/jpeg upload in some part of the site

bidders without good referals will be ignored....

size will not be much bigger then now. You will get all text, and the pictures used now...

you will have to work on your own server and transfer files when i give the sign to do so.

Half of the money will put in escrow and released after transfering files. Other half will be transfered after full completion on my statisfaction (without bugs and aftre testing)
