New graphics/logos for web site

I have a web site (url to be disclosed later) which I want to change the look and feel of. The functionality is OK I just need replacement graphics, logos, fonts and there are a couple of simple swish/flash downloads as well. The web site contains approximately 6 pages. I will provide the pages and graphics as they are and I am looking to have a new web site with same functionality but different look and feel returned to me. (menu navigation can remain the same but with new buttons or layout ). If you can refer to web sites you ave designed / worked on that would be a great help
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Return of all html pages with new graphics/font in place. Pages have calls to PHP routines buitl in and these must not be changed. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
