Front page layout change and GUI

Have generic scriptlance script. Would like to change look, feel and front page layout. Also need to know php well. Need to change all buyer/programmer instances to reflect another choice option. Going to use same script use concept but for a whole other purpose. Instances that need changing are mainly all text instances to reflect the new use purpose. I will have an online, working view of the script and will provide you with url for your review. Also have knowledge in php to stic with me on this script to add other features to suit the scripts' new use and needs. All are simple and in time could do myself but I have many other projects all going at the same time, so don't have time to multi-task this one in. I require constant communications with the programmer I choose for the project so if you're one of those that can't seem to stay in touch with your clients please do not bid.
