You don't have to worry about the marketing part, just understand the magnitude of what is at stake and build a good website for us.
If you do a good job, an amount will be offered, but we need it to be low cost. Depending on the how the site looks, there will be more money released. Money is not an issue, just quality of the site, user-friendliness, professional look and feel, and SEO friendly.
