Virtual Device Driver/SystemDriver

What I need is a Virtual Device Driver/System Driver written in VC++ that does the following things : - For every sector that is read/written by the system on any drive I need a short beep, like the old Atari Homecomputers did. - The platforms are Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP More information are available in the attached document.
