Fix a string interface

Note: The attached code contains the sample source code and the EXE/DLL demonstrating the problem. The coder should fix that code per the requirements of this Bid Request. ----------------------------------------------- I need to fix a sample interface program that was specifically written to demonstrate the problem on hand: A GUI calls a DLL in order to accept a string nd show it on screen. (In other words: the string is provided by the DLL for the GUI to display). The sample code works fine in Windows XP SP3, but crashes in Vista or Windows 7 (both Ultimate). I need someone to fix the crash and explain in a few lines how it was fixed. If the coder can also explain why the program crashed earlier this would be great. The fix must be implemented via source code changes to the supplied material - no additional program modules will be accepted. The GUI is written in VS2005 C# , and the DLL in VS2005 C++ native code. The fix should also be written in either C# (if changing the GUI) or in C++ native code - no .NET - if changing the DLL. The fixed program should be able to compile and run correctly under VS2005 in all OS specified below.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Also, an explanation how the fix solved the problem is required.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows: Executable and DLL ready to run. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
