Program to Spider a Search Engine

I need an experienced programmer that can write a quick program that will allow me to spider 2 of the following search engines:

Details:

1. The program should allow me to enter the Number of Results that I want the program to retrieve from each one. These numbers can be different numbers from 1 to 500 results.

2. The program will save ONLY the URL to a TEXT file in the following format with what search engine #1 or #2 or #3 and the position number the link was in. For example, if Google was one of the search engines, it would show G for Google or M for MSN, etc.

3. The program will open a keyword text file named "[url removed, login to view]" that has multiple search keywords in it, and it will search one at a time - saving the results of each in a file named: (whatever the keyword is .txt ) Example of file:

4. The program will have a progress bar and make a sound when complete. It will count the # of keywords in the [url removed, login to view] file and then show progress towards completing each search - 1 of 10,000, 2 of 10,000, 3 of 10,000, etc... The program should be able to handle up to 10,000 or more keywords to search.

5. The program will ask for an OUTPUT directory, and it will save the files to that directory. It will remember that directory for future runs and allow it to change to a folder inside of that directory or to somewhere else on my computer.

6. Program will run on WINDOWS XP computer.

7. Program will have a name that I give it and a HELP file link to a website help file.

I will have all rights to the program, and you will provide the source code. I would also like you to be available to tweak it if the search engine changes their algorithm, and I would be willing to pay a reasonable rate for you to modify the program. You will also not sell this program to anyone else or do this specific or related program for anyone else on RAC or anywhere else.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
