72 dpi Images need reworking to bring upto 300dpi for print

Hello,
I have about 10 images that are poor quality and which need to be reworked so we can use then for print. The final format needs to be Vectorised EPS format.
Our budget for the project is $50 for all the images.
We need them done quickly.
Most should be ok for someone with good photoshop and illustrator skills to fix but a couple of them will need reworking.
I will try to load up images on a website for you to see.
Good work will obviously lead to great feedback and also more work.
