MySQL database synchronization

We have 8 MySQL databases each with a static ip internet connection, now the idea is to copy/Sync these databases at a central location again with a static ip internet connection. We have implemented this using Sync feature of MySQL. Commands used are provided in the attached file.
The problem is that from time to time, because of various reasons (internet outage and other MySQL errors) the synchronization stops and the databases are not synchronized without manual intervention. We are looking for expert help to make the process seamless.
OS is UBUNTU 16.04
