Modern Typography Logo Enhancement

I am seeking a talented graphic designer to update the typography of my company logo. The current logo is in need of a modern and minimalist touch. I do not wish to incorporate any new elements into the design. This job is to fix some spelling errors in two logos and for each logo create 3 resolutions of the image in 2-3 file formats.
The correct spelling for the words is "East" "Main" and "District". with out the " marks of course. Correct the spelling and recenter the text in the field.
The ideal candidate should have significant experience in graphic design, particularly in logo work. They should also possess a keen understanding of modern and minimalist design principles. The ability to work with typography in a way that enhances the logo's overall aesthetic is crucial for this project.
In terms of software, proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or equivalent is a must. Strong communication skills and a willingness to work closely with me to refine the design to my satisfaction are equally important.
