Someone with linux to add ">" to the end of 200 file names and upload to ftp

I have 200 websites i need to upload to FTP but the web server has a ">" after every domain name, i cant bluk upload the 200 sites because im on windows and it doesn't allow ">" in a file name.
I need someone with a linux machine to add ">" to the end of every file name then drag them all into the FTP (upload the sites)
Ive tried a virtual linus machine but its just booting up so i need this quick job please.
