Repair Synology Volume which is location for Virtual Machines

I need help to repair storage for virtual machines at a synology. I restarted my NAS with 2 virtual machines. Now they can´t boot, because there is no storage. The virtual machine manager gives out the error, that it can´t find the virtual machines. I can see the volume storage manager, the memory space is used there. Please help me, to repair my NAS. I already connected with SSH and wanted to check the folders. Unfortunately this is not possible due to permissions.
