Build me a Docker ownCloud & Nextcloud Automation with Lets Encrypt

I need automation for ownCloud and Nextcloud Docker containers.
An SH script must create containers with URL, database (extra MySQL container).
A storage space limit must be set when creating the container.
An Nginx Proxy must automatically route the domain from the Node IP to the container.
A Lets Encrypt certificate must be created for each container / domain.
A script has to be written which updates of containers, without data loss.
A backup script must be written which saves data to an FTP.
The storage space of the container must be able to be enlarged.
I need to delete containers.
The SH scripts have to answer all json. Because The scripts are executed via PHP.
I need documentation to install it on other nodes. And I need a documentation as I what scripts to execute with what variables.
