A2Billing call charging issue

We have two Asterisk systems both with A2Billing .

In one system when whole sellers send the calls to the system , calls immediately answered and send the billing signal to the other party .

Other system PC to phone users complaint some calls get billed before answer.

Both system has same asterisk version.

We need an Asterisk & A2Billing expert to solve this issue immediately . By successfully solving this issue will result you to get more of similar works.
