This for our customized customer order management application built on Laravel framework
1. Customer Data not fetching in the SET CUSTOMER option in the queue
Uploaded Customer CSV successfully but those customers are also appearing in the Customer CSV menu but none of these customers are not fetching in the SET CUSTOMER search.
2. PD chat window not responding
We tried checking this issue. The chat window is not responding at all. We haven’t found any error in the Laravel logs also.
3. Order History showing a different timestamp
We checked the issue. Below are the findings:
We can set up a time zone for each queue. The order timing is showing based on this time zone only. But in order history showing based on server time. ie., UTC. In the order history page.
4. Order Reports should be based on Queue time
Currently, Order reports are working based on Server time. This should also work based on Queue time.
