PHP Developer Needed for Custom PHP Website

For the first phase of the project, this is what I would like:
1. The site has no admin panel so I'd like to have one built so I can easily enter in data, create specs, etc..
2. Right now the site is about 1 category, but I'd like to turn it into a much larger site so it has categories and subcategories as well as be able to create specific fields for those categories (so every subcategory would have specific fields for it)
3. Add new additional fields like:
A. Text fields to add more information/content - html allowed
B. Overview/summary
C. Pros & Cons area - [login to view URL]
D. FAQ/Q&A
E. Custom html/text
5. Highlight similarities and differences like [login to view URL]
6. Add breadcrumbs - mark up in schema
This will be an ongoing project as I'm going to want more features and continue building this out.
Please provide a bid to complete the first phase of the project as well as a time estimate on how long it will take to complete.
NOTE: I am looking for Eastern European developer (may also consider US/UK depending on cost)
