node.js move files on server via gui

I want a node.js app that can move/remove packages to multiple directories.
Simple project for who already has something like this coded.
Need fast simple code for this project.
Urgent.
A very simple gui to show the current package and cycle through the available packages.
A basic sketch is attached.
This should accept multiple clients. Multiple clients should consume all available packages to sort. If a package is currently shown it shouldnt be available to other clients.
Just show the 2 images and the contents of the 2 files for the current package.
Allow 3 buttons as commands.
Action 1 has <action1> text and moves package to <directory1>
Action 2 has <action2> text and moves package to <directory2>
Action 3 removes the package.
A package is a collection of 4 files : 2 jpgs and 2 tsv file.
1 jpg contains detections in it's name
1 jpg contains base name + extension
1 tsv file base name + [url removed, login to view]
1 tsv file base name + [url removed, login to view]
Base name is the name of the jpg without detections in the name.
Example of package - basename is "video-test-5_001320"

Folder structure
I want the directory name where all the packages reside to be a parameter to the script, and also directory1 and directory2, the two directories are the destinations of the packages that are moved with the move actions.
