Modify javascript file to navigate website

We hired a freelancer a few months ago to create a script to navigate a catalogue based website but now he is unavailable. It includes things like navigating bootstrap tabs, storing cookies and scrolling to specific elements on page load.

It is not working the way we want it to so it needs to be modified. We will provide the website URL and specify what needs to be done.

Developer must be fluent is JavaScript and must speak decent English.

We believe that this is a small project and there isn’t a lot of work to be done.
