I need javascript or vb script or flash script ,then user visits specified website the jpg file gets opened not with interner explorer but with windows picture [url removed, login to view] what i need.

I need it to download image on computer first and then open with [url removed, login to view] as simple as that it must work on XP with any service [url removed, login to view] with flash there is way using fscommand but i'm not so advanced ...
