Add JQuery functions to existing HTML design

Hello,
We have a current graph designed in HTML, we would like to code the necessary JQuery.
The graph has a grid composed of squares whose static status can be either grey or white. It has also lines whose positions and sizes are determined by the information the we will retrieve from our database through our functions (no drag and drop).
The job needs to be completed very fast and is not a big.
Therefor I am expecting for reasonable bids and people being able to take the job now.
