Affiliate Referral System implementation - java spring boot +Angular

I would need to implement a Referral System in my application. I want to create java Spring boot endpoints and Angular UI for the same. This will involve Referral partner registration ,Referral partner activation , Capturing leads referred by any partner and mapping and providing dashboard for partner to login and see earnings
