Develop 5 page website to request and display results from SOAP Webservice

I need to develop a website that allows a traveler to do a search for travel and displays the results. I will provide the webservice that you send the request to and returns the results along with the HTML for the pages. You simply have to integrate the pages against the web service, including parsing the XML results into the page. The entire site is about 3-4 pages (one search input page, one results page, and one detailed view of a single selected result). We also need a username and password to enter the site (no need for sign up, registration, etc., just to provide some security).
Ideal if you could rework to optimize the HTML and make it responsive for mobile devices, etc.
Preferably developed in .NET with SQL backend (as needed).
