Design 2 template one in Illustrator (for print catalogue) the other for a website for training products

We are looking for a grafic designer to create template for our product catalogue:
- both online (on our odoo platform with easy drag and dop modules)
- and off line with acrobat illustrator
At this stage we need to define the grafic, colurs, format and maximum and minimum number or words for each bulding block.
Then we will fit tthe content (number of words and digits) to the grafic.
The two images must be coordinated and online url must be traced by a barcode.
We already have several examples (enclosed) that may be revamped BUT the new template must be:
- More flexible in terms of maximum-minimum number of words and digit per block
- Look More professional
- Easy to be edited (just change image and text)
These indication will be important to fill the content into the template.
The template must contain following sections:
0. Picture
1. Goals (Obiettivi)
2. Target Audience (Destinatari)
3. Prerequisites (Prerequisiti)
3. Contents (Contenuti)
4. Calendar & Locations (Sedi ed orari)
5. Costs (Costi)
7. Barcode and url
We will need to incorporate a dedicated icons for each course
