We would like to have someone write code in javascript/jquery
that when clicked on a specif button clients computer should start the webcam attached to that computer (or scanner) and capture document and once captured save files to a local folder and post it to server (to get path for scanner /webcam u will need to send secure request to c# webapi with ip address and userID from local computer and get back path to program and if its first time or ip address not found in database have popup to ask from user to select scanner/webcam and save userID and ip address to databsae for next time use)
