Analysis of Website Form Fields Verification Process and Code

I need someone to analyze a website for me. This particular website contains a form field in which there is some sort of verification process to verify that the correct information has been entered into each form field. It is this verification process that is important to me. I want to know how this verification process works, the code responsible for this verification process, and where the verification takes place, i.e. on the user's browser or the web server for the company etc. The goal is to prove by the code, that the verification of the form fields takes place on a user's browser. If you can conclusively show this to be true, with citations to the code responsible for such verifications then you will get paid on this project. I have attempted to give a set by step instruction on how to get started in investigating this verification process in the attached .pdf file. Please review it and this writeup and read the two together before you submit your work on this project.
