virtual assistant/manager for a long term, to make my shopify store makes sales after 30 days of hiring, i want someone/team that have a good experience in eCommerce and drop shipping and to be already successful, i want them to handle/suggest successful marketing plans "FB, Instagram etc.." , shopify theme that works, viral or good products that starting to get popular so we can catch the curve and make a lot of sales, I want any motivated persons who are willing to make their best in order to make my shopify store successful and make good amount of sales monthly or weekly. give me a good competitive rate monthly, and if i saw results after first 30 days be sure that i won't let you go and i will definitely keep you with me also i will raise your rate for the next month and maybe more without asking me to do so, i'm so generous, fair but i'm also wise, I will sure pay for results and more. i want persons "i can hire multiple persons if i have to but please be reasonable and ask for affordable prices” please don't send me an offer if you doubt that you can do any of the above tasks. I want serious sellers with a good experience in such business, willing to give your best. When I see sales after all your suggestions, ideas and work, I will hire more people to assist us in handling orders and I will split the work for more people I don’t mind do that to relieve my mind and to make it easier for everyone to do his/her specific tasks perfectly and efficiently. All I want as results after 30 days, I want to see sales this is how I would know that we are doing a good progress. I don’t like to be a boss I will be a partner or even a friend, I’m also friendly so don’t worry about that. so briefly, i want 1- someone or a group of people who suggest good shopify theme for eCommerce / drop shipping business. 2- make/suggest good FB, Instagram etc.. marketing plans/campaigns. 3- post pictures / ads on FB and Instagram on a regular basis. 4- design/create or suggest pictures and videos for our marketing /ads campaigns. 5- respond to our Facebook, Instagram messages, comments and interactions, also to respond to any customer's messages in store inbox.. 6- To be Trustworthy, hard worker, honest and friendly. 7- To be creative, skilled in eCommerce business and enthusiast. If you could make my store makes sales after 30 days, i promise and i cross my heart that i will give you great and huge compensations that you never imagined.
