I am looking for someone to do some simple cropping/editing of some photos, for an online store

I have some photos from the clients from whom I buy and sell the products, but many of them are not in rectangle shape, and some have descripition, and text, which I want deleted, croped, or avoided as much as posible. Also it is need to be resized to 512x512 pixels
There are around 200 something products, and I want a maximum of 6 pictures for product (you have to think out wich ones look much better for the product, and one of the picture should present the whole product, and not just some detailed area, because it will be put on the cover). Some of the products have only one or two pictures, and some of them have more than 10, so we are talking around 800 pictures (this is an aproximate calculation). Some of them have already a rectangle shape, so they can be skipped, and just resized. Each product is located in its own folder, so the modified pictures should be put in that folder also, but with a different name (for example product [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc) Also, you have to crop the text to look as good as possible, and not just randomly crop anywhere on the image, because the product will be put on sale and is has to look good.
I have attached a sketch with some examples of what I want and some ideas how to do it.
