Design artwork for a panel within a CDR template

Artist will be provided with CDR file of template to work under, that will represent the dimensions needed to print the artwork found on these types of panels (see attached ghostbusters sp...) I will need the artist to draw new artwork inside of the template. (see attached speaker panel template as example of template)
Will not be using elements from the original design; will be using some elements commonly found online (Ghostbusters) such as using an artistic representation of the following five elements:
-The Ghostbusters Firehouse (see attached firehouse gb)
-Ghostbusters shooting rays (see attached shootingrays gb)
-Rooftop scene (see attached rooftop 1 and 2)
-The Pink Cloud when the ghosts escape (see [login to view URL])
-A river of slime (possibly running across the bottom? See attached riverofslime gb)
We are suggesting you do something LIKE this, but it's up to the artist to make something that looks good and flows well/ makes sense artistically- Maybe the Firehouse on the left side, and the rooftop scene on the other...a river of slime flowing across the bottom of the panel, with ghosts escaping from the pink cloud somewhere in the center...something like that, is what we're looking to produce.
This should be a quick project for the right talent.
