Coupon Generation Web App (Responsive)

I mainly want developers who would like to work as per my conditions.

I'll award the project after the 50% project is done.

Remaining 50% will be done after the work completion for this web app.

There should be online payment gateway to be integrated. There should be one admin account for web app owner and One Merchant Panel and One buyer panel and their dashboard.

There should be beautiful menu and logo developed by designer and developer. Users should be able to even search the nearby registered merchants by entering the Pincode. When user will enter the Pincode then web app will show them results of nearby registered merchants on our web app.

Source code will be our property.

User will have to do this.

They Will Register first and give 4 digit pin, then login with 4 digit pin and will check My wallet, Add money in their wallet using our Payment gateway.

There will be 3 options for each coupon for adding like Rs.100, Rs.200, Rs.600/- and with each of the transaction Upto Rs.600/- Users will get 10% as additional amount in their wallet and coupon.

Suppose they add Rs.600/- in their wallet or coupon then we will have to show Rs.660 in their wallet. After adding the money it will be shown as coupon with qr code and then they can take printout of that coupon.

In their dashboard they can see their transaction Details, Balance. I am looking to get developed and designed a website for users to generate online shopping coupons themselves online. Users will be able to select the products and after selecting the products they themselves will add the value for purchasing the product worth upto Rs.600/-.

Whatever value they will add in their wallet, 10% of that amount will be added in their wallet for purchasing eCoupons from our website. After adding that money, payment will be made to that merchant from where customer is purchasing the products offline.

On our coupons, there will be different packages for the users.

We will place preloaded coupons also which users can purchase directly by adding them in their cart and companies can also generate their coupons and place it on our website for selling. I'll show you reference web app for this.

After generating the coupon, user should be able to take the printout of the coupons as well as it will be sent to their mail also and one sms should go to their registered mobile numbers. There should be QR code on their coupons which should be able to be scanned by merchants. After scanning the QR code, it should be redeemed and not able to use further.
