///What I am looking to acheive
To have a clean and attractive to read design of
///Things I am expecting
+Landscape layout/orientation of the page
+Less crowded the better
+This will be a very clean and simple to read document
+Colors pallete should be warm, energizing, inviting and clean with good use of white space
+Less noise the better, emphasis on focus and clarity on the points laid out
+You will need to be able to think creatively and use your best judgement and knowladge at time
+It should follow simple design principals of short blurbs paired with a visual
+We don’t want long drawn out paragraphs. 1-2 sentences is plenty before a line break is required and or have them broken into bullet points
+The person reading this should be able to flip pages fairly fast and grab the information fairly fast as well
+Copy can be adjusted as long as the same point get across
+There should be a table of contents
+Anytime you see something highlighted in blue it means it should have an image which it is referring to. Ex: Picture of Victor would mean to somewhere with that information to insert the file in the photos folder named [login to view URL]
+You are allowed to edit the pictures which ever way you see fit for the
+You can also get creative and add in images you feel are appropriate as well
+The overall feel of the pdf is to be clean, professional and engaging and a little luxurious - the examples I provided are great, especially the Sotheby’ China to Canada
///What you can expect
I will provide you with a google doc of all the content and headlines in the correct structure.
I will also provide you with some visuals and name them appropriately so you know what they are of so you can position them in the most appropriate place in the pdf
//What you will deliver
+The final deliverable should be an editable powerpoint so that it can then be modified when need be
//Future work
I have 4 projects identical to this one. If you deliver satisfactory work I wont think twice to hire you for the other projects
